We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Change Manager to lead and coordinate business readiness and adoption activities to ensure successful operational implementation of change within secure organisations. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, user adoption, operational transition, and benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business change and adoption strategies.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
- Coordinate training, communications, and operational readiness activities.
- Support organisational impact assessments and transition planning.
- Facilitate adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
- Manage business readiness assessments and acceptance activities.
- Track and report benefits realisation and change outcomes.
