Mission Statement:

The Service excellence team is a part of the Common Shared Services organization and supports multiple functions (including Finance, SCM, HR Operations, and Trade Transport and Logistics amongst others). As Business Analyst within the Business Process Automation team, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enabling the CSS functions to deliver their services with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document existing business processes in finance, supply chain management, and human resources domains.

• Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications for automation projects.

• Work closely with RPA developers and Machine Learning engineers to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions.

• Identify areas for improvement and automation using RPA and Machine Learning technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize automation initiatives.

• Assist with the development and execution of user acceptance testing plans, ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of automation solutions.

• Facilitate hypercare support for newly implemented automations, acting as the primary point of contact for business users and providing timely resolutions to issues.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions during the stabilization period, identifying potential bottlenecks and addressing concerns that may impact efficiency or accuracy.

• Collaborate with support teams to transition automation solutions into regular operations, ensuring seamless handover of knowledge and appropriate documentation.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users during enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring automation solutions are adapted to evolving business needs.

• Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented automation solutions, recommending enhancements or modifications as needed.

• Act as a subject matter expert for RPA and Machine Learning technologies within the organization, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices for automation projects.

• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in RPA and Machine Learning technologies and actively participate in knowledge sharing and skills development among team members.

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or an Automation Developer, with at least 4 years focused on automation projects involving RPA and Machine Learning technologies.

• Proven experience in shared services environments and a strong understanding of finance, supply chain management, or human resources domains.

• Extensive expertise with Automation Anywhere, IQ BOT and Machine Learning frameworks.

• Extensive expertise in designing solutions that address business requirements.

• Expertise in implementation of Machine learning algorithms using Python.

• Experience of design and implementation of cross-technology integrated solutions.

• Knowledge of German, Spanish or Italian languages will be an added advantage.

• Extensive experience of working with in-house and external developers.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
