What you’ll achieve 

As the Management Assistant, you will be in charge the budget monitoring and administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining a productive work environment, making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector 

 

You will: 

 

  • Budget Management: Monitor budget spending, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within budget. 

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. 

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling inquiries and relaying important information. 

  • Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. 

  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and other activities.

Essential Requirements  

 

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often preferred. 

  • Experience: Previous experience in financial management or a similar administrative role is required. 

  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.  

 

Desirable Requirements  

 

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues and find effective solutions. 

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with staff, clients, and vendors. 

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
