ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking Business Representative to support the Commercial Team in Chile. This role provides operational, administrative, and analytical support across key business processes, acting as a link between Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and external customers.

The Business Representative plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of commercial activities, maintaining accurate business information, supporting customer administration processes, coordinating reporting requirements, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for professionals looking to develop broad business acumen and gain exposure to commercial operations within a dynamic consumer goods environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Commercial Team, ensuring accurate execution of commercial processes, customer administration, pricing updates, sales documentation, and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate customer requests and serve as a liaison between customers and cross-functional teams to resolve administrative, operational, and financial issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer and product master data, support customer onboarding, product setup, and required documentation for product launches and customer-specific initiatives.
  • Monitor and administer commercial programs, trade investments, discounts, rebates, sales quotas, and promotional activities while tracking customer performance and commercial execution.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business performance metrics, consolidating data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
  • Support customer financial administration by coordinating account reconciliations, invoices, payment applications, collections, credit notes, claims, credit management, and order releases with Finance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, HR, and external partners to ensure efficient business operations and high service levels.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, budget monitoring, expense control, and other administrative activities that support the local commercial organization.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in commercial operations, sales support, customer service, business administration, finance support, or similar functions, comercial teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
