Your Mission

As Business Application Manager - CRM & ERP Sales Systems, you act as the key link between Sales and IT, ensuring that our CRM and ERP landscape supports efficient, reliable, and scalable Sales processes worldwide.

You will own and continuously improve our Sales systems environment, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, IFS Cloud ERP, and the end-to-end Lead-to-Order process.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and standardizing TOMRA's global Sales systems landscape while driving the digitalization of business-critical processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize Sales processes across Dynamics 365 and IFS Cloud
  • Own, support, and continuously improve Sales-related business applications
  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate sustainable solutions
  • Translate business requirements into functional system solutions
  • Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and digitalization initiatives
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and external partners
  • Facilitate workshops, user training, and documentation to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in Business Application Management, ERP/CRM Consulting, Business Systems Analysis, Sales Operations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Sales processes, including Lead-to-Order, Quotation, Pricing, and Order Management
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or IFS Cloud is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders
  • Business fluent English
