First Party Medical (FPM) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented analyst to support the organization. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing trends, optimizing processes, and ensuring we’re leveraging insights to drive meaningful outcomes. In FPM, we are continuing to refine our approach to quality claim handling, pending management and overall efficiency. Having the right data at the right time will be essential for our organization to achieve our goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating effective solutions to help achieve business objectives and experience working in an insurance claims organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Queries databases to pull requested information fields.
- Collaborates with FPM team to help support their goals and objectives.
- Actively participates in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and implement automation solution where possible.
- Assists with analytical review of business results and provides summaries to management team as needed.
- Prioritize, monitor and track requests and complete projects in a timely manner with quality work output.
- Monitors trends and regularly communicates with FPM leadership team.
- Maintains and creates reports & dashboards to support management team and operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience as an analyst or similar role in an insurance organization required.
- Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective solutions and quality work product is essential.
- Experience using Power BI, SharePoint & Excel and other Microsoft products is essential.
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Oracle & Snowflake is preferred.
Annual Salary
$73,800.00 - $141,450.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
