Enable STARK Group’s digital transformation through effective capturing and translation of business needs?

Are you driven by creating real business value through smart digital solutions? And would you like to make a difference by connecting business and technology through clear, structured business requirements propelling STARK Group’s digital transformation? As Business Analyst in STARK Group’s digital transformation programme, you will work in the intersection of business, data, and technology to ensure that business processes and needs are aligned with the scope and requirements of STARK Group’s digital products and projects.

Your Role as Business Analyst

Working closely together with our business process and analysis team and across the projects of STARK Group’s digital transformation programme, you will facilitate a structured process for capturing, assessing, and aligning local business needs with STARK Group’s digital platforms, products, and projects.

You should expect a dynamic role where your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the documentation and assessment of local business requirements to ensure alignment across STARK Group’s digital transformation projects.
  • Supporting local business owners understanding the business scope and functionality of STARK Group’s future digital platforms, products, and projects.
  • Collaborating with local business process specialists and owners to connect future business processes to functional business requirements and solution designs.
  • Ensuring local business requirements are accurately reflected and aligned with project scope and plans.
  • Assisting with product demoing, testing, and validation of STARK Group’s digital product.
  • Taking active part in developing and continuously improving standards, methods, tools, and frameworks for STARK Group’s Business Analysis capability.

At STARK Group, you will become part of a newly established cross-functional team of programme readiness and implementation specialists anchored in STARK Group’s business transformation organisation. The team’s core objective is to enable successful programme implementation by assisting the local business units with optimal programme preparation, planning, and mobilization across people, processes, data, and technology.

What We Offer
We offer a key role in one of the Nordic region’s largest digital transformation programmes, where you will directly influence how STARK Group works across markets. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Business Transformation, Group IT, and local business units, contributing to the successful implementation of new digital solutions.

The role is based within STARK Group IT, with the primary workplace being at our headquarters in either Viby J (Aarhus) or Frederiksberg (Copenhagen). Due to the collaborative nature of the role, 1-2 travel days per month will be expected.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and experienced business analyst who thrives in complex, international environments. You will contribute to ensuring that we live up to our core values – decency, passion, and pride – in our daily work with customers, partners, suppliers, and colleagues. There is strong organisational support for this transformation, and you will help shape the framework, strengthen competencies, and embed business analysis as a core discipline.

To thrive and be a succes in this role, it is important that you:

  • Are structured and take ownership in both planning and execution
  • Bring a strong foundation in business analysis and focus on practical, implementable solutions rather than theory alone
  • Enjoy working at the intersection of people, processes, and technology to create stakeholder buy-in and translate insights into solutions that work in daily operations
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, and can engage stakeholders across the organisation
  • Are ambitious on behalf of STARK Group, motivated by improving how we work, and you challenge constructively while helping the organisation mature its approach to business analysis.

You are a self-starter with a positive and proactive mindset, comfortable navigating complexity and driving activities independently. With a strong understanding of digital product and project development, you ensure that business analysis efforts effectively connect the high-level strategic ambitions to concrete requirements and tasks.

Welcome to Group IT

When joining Group IT, you will be part of a digital transformation journey as we replace legacy monoliths and move towards a more modular and flexible integrated setup. Group IT is a dynamic and rapidly evolving part of STARK Group, responsible for delivering group-wide business-critical IT solutions. We strive to modernise and reimagine our IT landscape to ensure scalability and composability – and we value colleagues who want to help rethink how things are done in our industry.
