As a Business Analyst at Change Connect Inc., you will support consulting engagements focused on revenue optimization, sales effectiveness, and growth strategy. You will assist consultants by preparing client-ready materials, coordinating project activities, documenting processes, supporting market research, and helping manage communication with clients and internal teams. 
This role provides hands-on exposure to how sales-driven businesses operate, with a front-row view of revenue-related functions such as sales operations, customer management, pipeline processes, pricing, and go-to-market execution. Through client projects, you will also gain contextual exposure to adjacent functions (operations, finance, and marketing) as they relate to revenue performance and growth. 
This position is ideal for someone interested in consulting, sales operations, and business process improvement who enjoys working behind the scenes to support high-quality client delivery. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). 
Report Writing & Documentation 
  • Draft business reports, summaries, and analytical write-ups to support strategic initiatives. 
  • Prepare presentation materials, briefing notes, and discussion documents for meetings. 
  • Organize information into clear formats such as summaries, tables, charts, or narrative explanations. 
  • Help maintain internal documentation, including process notes, project updates, and research archives. 
 Research, Analysis & Business Insights 
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. 
  • Summarize research findings into clear, well-structured reports and briefs for internal and client use. 
  • Assist in gathering business information through interviews, document reviews, and secondary research. 
  • Identify key insights from data or research and translate them into actionable recommendations. 
Project Coordination & Administrative Support 
  • Assist with project planning activities, including preparing agendas, notes, and follow-up documentation. 
  • Track progress on ongoing initiatives and help prepare status updates. 
  • Support coordination between team members by gathering information and organizing project materials. 
  • Contribute to project reports, timelines, and overall documentation. 
 Process Review & Improvement Support 
  • Support cross-functional team discussions to understand current workflows and challenges. 
  • Document existing processes and help outline opportunities for refinement or clarification. 
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and help capture recommendations and follow-up actions. 
  • Prepare process summaries and improvement suggestions for management review. 
 Communication & Collaboration 
  • Communicate with team members to gather required information for reports and research tasks. 
  • Maintain a professional and responsive communication style when liaising with clients and internal team members. 
  • Collaborate with different departments to compile insights and validate findings. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and observations. 
Technology & Digital Tools
  • Demonstrate comfort working with AI-powered tools and platforms, including the ability to read and navigate technical documentation, follow system integration guides, and write effective prompts to get results from AI systems.
  • Support the use and administration of CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or similar tools) by maintaining data accuracy, logging activities, and helping generate pipeline or performance reports.
  • Assist in extracting and interpreting CRM data to support sales tracking, client segmentation, and revenue forecasting activities.
  • Support the evaluation or documentation of technology tools used by clients, including identifying gaps, mapping current-state usage, and summarizing recommendations.
  • Basic familiarity with website management platforms is considered an asset; the ability to support content updates and minor page edits is a bonus.
  • Show a proactive willingness to self-learn through technical documentation, instructional videos, and system resources to troubleshoot, configure, and contribute to AI and technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to properly document CRM implementations (such as HubSpot) and system changes, including maintaining clear records for visibility, progress reporting, and final handoff documentation.
  • Experience supporting AI-powered tool development is considered an asset; any familiarity with coding or scripting, at any level, is a bonus but not required.

Skills Required
