The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing bank business needs, preparing functional specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, participating in ceremonies, and proposing process improvements while maintaining client relationships.

• Preparing and writing business stories and functional specifications for developers and business areas

• Collaboration with all relevant areas (development, testing, PMO, business areas)

• Host and/or actively participate in internal and external business related ceremonies

Requirements

• 4+ years of banking domain experience as a business analyst

• Experience in web and mobile frontend/backend development (SME experience is an advantage)

• Analytical thinking and systems approach

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Knowledge of the following technologies/tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Process modeling tools

 

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong logical thinking with the ability to break down complex business problems into well-defined, deliverable software functions

 

Client Communication

• Confident in presenting product concepts and features to banking clients

• Experienced in leading workshops, conducting product demos, and facilitating requirement clarification sessions with both business and IT stakeholders

• Willing to occasionally travel and join client workshops

Advantage:

• Low-code tool experience

• People management experience is an advantage

• Agility, ability to work independently, solution oriented

• Open minded, good communication skills

• High level of presentation skills

• Tech savvy mindset
