• Analysis of bank
business needs, coordination with business Product owners and other
stakeholders
• Preparing and
writing business stories and functional specifications for developers and
business areas

deadlines, scope reduction if required, keeping in mind the optimal achievement

Requirements
• 4+ years of
banking domain experience as a business analyst
• Experience in web
and mobile frontend/backend development (SME experience is an advantage)
• Analytical
thinking and systems approach
• Ability to work
independently and proactively
• Knowledge of the
following technologies/tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Process modeling tools

• Strong logical
thinking with the ability to break down complex business problems into
well-defined, deliverable software functions
Client Communication
• Confident in
presenting product concepts and features to banking clients
• Experienced in
leading workshops, conducting product demos, and facilitating requirement
clarification sessions with both business and IT stakeholders

occasionally travel and join client workshops
