About the role:
The Greece Retail Software team is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team in Athens. You will collaborate with global retail clients to enhance in-store experiences using innovative POS solutions.

Location: Hybrid - 3 times per week in Office required.
Responsibilities- Integrate certified Diebold Nixdorf hardware with software solutions (e.g., Probase, Vynamic Cash)
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with central teams to escalate and manage defect tickets
- Create and deliver standard installation packages for project deployments
- Customize and implement VCO and VSS-based solutions
- Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with the sales team
- Track and report progress to line management
- Provide business analysis support within assigned functional areas
- Contribute to system design and implementation, including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project phases
- Deliver assigned development tasks in line with the agreed release plan and sprint timelines
- Analyse and clarify functional and technical specifications for development activities
- Estimate effort and timelines for assigned tasks, contributing to overall project planning and cost estimation
- Proactively communicate progress, risks, and changes with the team and relevant stakeholders
- Develop, customise, and integrate software components of moderate to high complexity, following architectural standards and technical guidelines
- Collaborate effectively within a software development team, maintaining a strong customer focus and delivering high-quality solutions
Must have
- Diploma or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or development (Java, C++)
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Greek language
- Hands-on experience with Windows (7/10) and Linux operating systems
- Experience with incident management processes
- Knowledge of Windows scripting
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket)

- DN VCO, VSS based solution (customization, configuration, installation)
- DN Solutions like Vynamic Cash, Probase Store
- DN Cash Management systems
- Italian OR Spanish language skills are considered an advantage
