The business analyst will have the responsibility of requirement gathering, story cards and use case preparation, product design discussion with development, functional validation and product testing.
Below is the high level job description that we will be looking forward as part of the hiring process:
- 0 – 2 years of industry experience preferably in Capital Markets domain for one profile
- Knowledge Fixed Income Brokerage Operations, Clearance and Settlement, Understanding of Repo process and Regulatory Reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external groups in both the business and product aspects
- Contribute to various aspects of the product life cycle ranging from detailing Agile Story Cards, Business Requirement Document(s) BRDs
- Perform Functional validation, Business/Product documentation, Client facing Business related Issue Analysis
Roles & Responsibilities –
Gather customer requirements, conducts analysis on high-level requirements
Evaluate proposed change requests to existing solutions to identify potential adverse impact
Partner with product management and stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the project objectives
Provide guidance to stakeholders Convert Client and Product Management approved requirements into different components, produce Functional Requirements or User Stories and provide inputs to Development and Quality Assurance teams
Deliver detailed design walk-through with Product Management and Client and getting Product Management / Client sign-off
Provide periodic project updates to internal/external stakeholders while being time sensitive to delivery.
Ascertain that newly implemented/revised solutions and supporting process are meeting end-user requirements and business objectives
Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development.
Provide testing support as applicable.
