YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Sales & Onboarding organization with reliable reporting by delivering weekly/monthly performance packs, funnel tracking, and productivity metrics to ensure full performance visibility,
- Partner with key stakeholders to transform business questions into measurable hypotheses, ensuring that insights are adopted and directly impact performance decisions,
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards that serve as the primary tool for real-time monitoring while ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy and consistency,
- Develop analytical deep dives into conversion drivers, cohort analysis, and operational bottlenecks to turn complex data into actionable business insights,
- Support strategic decision-making and capacity planning by building robust data models that define volume expectations, FTE needs, and productivity assumptions,
- Establish a single source of truth by standardizing metric definitions and thoroughly documenting reporting logic for organizational alignment,
- Drive operational efficiency through automation of manual processes and data pipelines, significantly reducing manual effort and improving the speed of ad-hoc analysis.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- BSc or MSc degree from a reputable university preferably in an Engineering field,
- 3+ years in analytics / business intelligence / sales ops analytics,
- Strong SQL (BigQuery preferred), advanced in Excel/Google Sheets,
- Experience with BI tools (Looker preferred),
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders,
- High attention to detail and data governance mindset,
- Proficiency in English.
Skills Required
