Our Team and What We'll Accomplish Together
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst (Product Specialist) to join our Integration team at TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a long-term career within a leading technical service and operations function, in a highly visible and customer-facing role. If you are eager to participate in the analysis and design of requirements for one of the leading solutions for the FMCG sector, used by thousands of professionals worldwide, this is right position for you. Your mission will be to influence and improve the final product.

What You’ll Do
- Communication with internal/external clients & stakeholders to identify their needs
- Documenting client requirements and subsequent high-level analysis according to requirements
- Cooperation with Product owner, Architects and Developers when designing a high-level solution proposals
- Definition of detailed solution design. Creation of specifications (User stories) for requested modifications for the Development team (transformation of business requirements into functional requirements). Includes creating screen designs/mockups for UI.
- Active collaboration with the Development team on estimating of changes
- Preparation and realization of presentations of newly implemented functionalities for our stakeholders,

- Knowledge of SCRUM agile development is an advantage
- You have a minimal of two years experience in a similar role:
- Solid experience in using Excel/CSV data handling
- An understanding of SQL (Read queries, understand tables/data types
- Reporting exposure
- Jira/Confluence are nice to have
- Must be fluent in Slovak and have a good understanding of English

Salary
Base salary starting at 20,000 gross per year. Actual salary is likely to be higher depending on each individual candidate.
