Job Description:Position Summary

As a member of the Global Business Operations Team, the Business Analyst supports turning business questions into clear insights, reliable data, and practical improvements to day-to-day operations. You’ll work within a small, globally distributed team of analysts, collaborating to share best practices, align on standards, and support teams across regions.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role with a mix of structured work and ad hoc requests. You’ll assist in building Salesforce dashboards, creating reporting in Excel and Google Sheets, and helping monitor data quality and system usage. You’ll also support ongoing projects and gain exposure to new tools and systems, including emerging AI capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious, detail-oriented, and interested in developing technical and analytical skills. You should be comfortable working with data, eager to learn new tools, and confident communicating with team members when clarifying requirements or sharing findings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards based on stakeholder needs

  • Assist in building “dashboard-style” reporting in Excel and Google Sheets, including combining and organizing data from multiple sources

  • Help monitor Salesforce usage to identify data quality issues and support teams in improving accuracy and consistency

  • Perform basic Salesforce tasks such as data entry, record updates, and supporting ongoing operational workflows

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by gathering data, documenting workflows, and supporting implementation efforts

  • Assist in preparing presentations and slide decks by organizing data, creating visuals, and summarizing key insights

  • Support testing and evaluation of new tools and systems (including AI add-ons), documenting findings and helping with rollout efforts

  • Manage multiple tasks and requests with guidance, prioritizing effectively and communicating timelines clearly

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on work progress

Skills and Experience
  • Willingness to work in our Midtown Manhattan office 3 days a week

  • 0–2 years of experience (internships or academic projects in business analysis, data analysis, or similar fields are welcome)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, or a willingness to learn quickly

  • Working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas, data organization)

  • Comfortable working with data and learning how to interpret and present it clearly

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to ask questions and learn new tools

  • Good organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks with direction

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) through coursework or internships

  • Experience working on team projects involving data analysis or reporting

  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools and automation

Personal Attributes That Matter Here
  • Curious and eager to learn, especially when working with new tools or unfamiliar problems

  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
Collaborative and open to feedback, with a team-first mindset
