Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Analyst who will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and supporting the integration of our core platforms with marketplaces, carriers, ERP systems, accounting tools, and other 3rd party systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, analytical skills, understanding of API structures along with a deep understanding of business processes in e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Integration Design & Solutioning
  • Design integration workflows and propose solutions that meet both functional and technical needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop data mapping documents, API specifications, and other technical documentation to support the integration process.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for integration architecture, data handling, and system interaction.
  1. Integration Solution Design
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and optimize custom integration solutions
  • Configure and test API calls, endpoints, and parameters to ensure real-time data flow for critical events.
  • Ensure error handling to maintain high data accuracy across supply chain operations.
  1. Technical Documentation & Specifications
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, mapping tables, and field-level specifications for supply chain systems.
  • Document integration protocols, API endpoints, authentication methods, and error handling to streamline troubleshooting.
  • Develop integration guides, covering data fields for orders, shipments, inventory levels, carrier information, etc.
  1. Data Validation & Quality Assurance
  • Perform rigorous data validation and testing on mapped fields, ensuring data integrity and alignment with supply chain KPIs.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing for API and data integrations to verify accurate and timely data exchange.
  • Monitor integration processes and proactively troubleshoot issues related to data mismatches, API connectivity, and transformation errors.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and external vendors to gather integration requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify data mappings, integration logic, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Support end-users by providing training on integration workflows and data mapping practices.
  1. Continuous Improvement & Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing API integrations and data mapping processes within the supply chain function.
  • Stay updated on best practices for API management, data mapping, and integration strategies, with a focus on supply chain efficiency.
  • Contribute to the integration roadmap, recommending tools and techniques to enhance data integration and visibility for supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in API analysis, data mapping, and system integration, specifically within supply chain or logistics environments.
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems like WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, marketplaces, (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and experience integrating these with other enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, and tools like Postman, Swagger, MuleSoft, or similar API management platforms.
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation tools (ETL), and working with data formats like JSON, XML, and CSV.
  • Strong experience with API management platforms and tools for analyzing, testing, and documenting API calls.
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
  1. Supply Chain Knowledge:
  • Understanding of supply chain operations, including order management, inventory control, shipping, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and metrics to ensure integration aligns with operational objectives.
  1. Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly terms.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
