Description:
CRDS change the bank team within CORSUAT team to work with advisory, tech & CRDS product delivery and ops teams across KYC, COB, Refresh, Regulatory and Screening to ensure consistent and effective deployment of transformation initiatives through project management and UAT.
Responsibilities:
- Work with PO to groom product feature backlog items
- Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product
- Assess value, develop cases and prioritise stories, epic, themes to ensure focus on those with max value
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories
- Develop and communicate testing approach and present plans to stakeholders
- Coordinate with release management team on test cycle schedule and testing readiness
- Analyse and create test scenarios/scripts
- Lead user acceptance testers in test preparation and execution
- Assist testers in documentation of test results
- Identify Risks and issues and communicate effectively
- Assist in backlog management , iteration planning and elaboration of user stories
- Coordinate with Tech partners to resolve defects
- Work with PO to groom product feature backlog items
- Update and maintain inventory of test scripts
- Partner with Tech to develop automated tests
- Collaborate with software developments and QA analysts
- Investigate issues, bugs and feedback as they arise
- Prepare reports and analysis, use test automation frameworks
Required experience:
- 4+ years of professional experience
- 4 year college degree
- Previous experience with UAT & Regression testing , knowledge of testing lifecycle
- Experience in Agile scrum development
- Experience in E2E project lifecycle
- Experience of program coordination & administration
- SME knowledge in Client & Party reference data management and including:
- KYC & AML processes
- COB workflow
- Negative News, PEP, OFAC/Sanctions screening toolsets and methodologies
- Financial services environment including but not limited to KYC, MiFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank and other regs
- Cap Market products & services
- Derivatives
