We are recruiting for Business Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has Financial Services & Investment Management Knowledge.

A bit about the role:

This role acts as the analytical engine of change, translating business, customer and regulatory needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable successful transformation across public and private market investment processes. The role is responsible for defining and shaping future‑state operating models and engineered processes that are efficient, well‑controlled, customer‑centred and aligned to strategic business objectives. Working closely with stakeholders across investment, operations, technology, risk and compliance, the role ensures shared understanding, strong engagement and consistent alignment throughout the change lifecycle. It supports the delivery of solutions that drive meaningful business value, enhance organisational capability and improve investor experience across both corporate and retail channels, while upholding high quality and delivery standards to ensure all requirements are complete, traceable, testable and compliant with internal frameworks, enabling change to be delivered safely and effectively.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services or Asset / Investment Management

• Advanced data analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to work across complex datasets spanning multiple asset classes

• Proven experience working across end‑to‑end product and operating models, from investment proposition through to operational and client outcomes

• Ability to translate complex business, regulatory and data requirements into clear, structured and actionable outputs

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across investment, operations, technology, risk and compliance
