Are you our new Business Analyst for Portfolio Investments team?
Join our Portfolio Investments team and play a key role in managing and optimising processes across the core platforms powering Intrum’s investment lifecycle. As a Business Analyst you will work in the business and IT interface making sure business demands are transferred into requirements to IT delivery team and at the same time understanding system capabilities to propose best solutions for business demands. You will work across the countries with multiple teams, together with Product Owners, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, smooth portfolio implementation, and compliance with governance standards and audit requirements. Currently with more than 2 billion EUR in investments, this role is critical for supporting Portfolio Investments (PI) IT operations.
What will you do:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Analyse processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support product discovery and delivery in an Agile environment.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders. Participate in feedback loops.
- Ensure delivery together with the IT delivery team according to the business prioritization and roadmap
What we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of financial services, understanding of IT and development side of financial systems.
- Previous experience working as Business Analyst or in a similar role AND/OR previous experience or knowledge about investment management processes.
- Business analysis skills, including facilitation and elicitation of requirements, analysing current processes, proposing solutions in line with business expectations and IT platforms to be used.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with business partners at all levels of seniority. Ability to express concepts and solutions in both, business and IT language.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English.
