Business Analyst

Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting and research gathering, presenting a range of data-driven solutions, and thereafter implementing those solutions. these The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, Google Looker Studio and Google Sheets to analyze data, develop reports, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Google Looker Studio and Excel to track KPIs related to recovery staff performance, resident invoices, and inventory tracking.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Automate data processing tasks in MS Excel and Google Sheets for efficiency.
• Review CRM reports, filter, and clean data for accurate analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support different departments with data-driven insights.
• Maintain high-quality data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain and update data repositories in Google Sheets and Excel, ensuring data is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Looker Studio, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Visio.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Relevant Experience in Data Analyst or in a similar role.
