PURPOSE:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to collaborate with onshore teams and U.S.-based healthcare staffing clients in driving product discovery, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure successful product delivery and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Skilled in business requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and conducting discovery sessions.
- Well-versed in documenting current-state and future-state workflows, process maps, and use cases.
- Adept at translating complex business needs into clear, structured functional and operational requirements.
- Experienced in writing user stories and defining detailed acceptance criteria using JIRA.
- Proficient in performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and supporting UAT validation.
- Skillful in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, wireframing tools, and JIRA.
- Competent in using AI tools to explore domain knowledge and enhance requirement discovery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requirement Elicitation & Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions with onshore Business Analysts and clients to gather, analyze, and validate detailed business requirements.
- Workflow & Process Documentation: Analyze and document current-state and future-state workflows, process maps, and use cases.
- Functional Requirement Translation: Convert business needs into structured functional and operational requirements for development teams.
- User Story Development & Documentation: Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain detailed requirement documentation in JIRA.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Development, and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
- System Integration Testing (SIT): Execute SIT for product releases to validate system functionality against documented requirements.
- Gap Analysis & Process Improvement: Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and solution delivery.
- Client Communication & Alignment: Ensure consistent alignment between client expectations and delivered solutions through proactive communication and validation.
