Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our software development teams and business units. This role is critical in driving the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both business processes and software development lifecycles.
Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new systems, enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as a conduit between business stakeholders and software development teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Requirements Management: Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity and user experience.
  • Project Support: Assist in project planning, prioritization, and sprint planning activities. Support QA and UAT efforts by validating requirements and ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Result and KPI Driven: Goal oriented mindset with clear, measurable objectives aligned with the Bank's KPI. Be a leader and owner of the deliverables and outcomes. Data-informed decision making minded.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including business cases, process flows, system specifications, and training materials.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
  • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and technical concepts
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services or healthcare) preferred

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Leader Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
Salary Minimum: $73,506 - Salary Max: $110,258
The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank's total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Leader Bank provides a variety of benefits to eligible team members, including health insurance coverage, a team member wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off and vacation.
