Context/ ROLE:
The Summit Business Program is an Edenred initiative designed to foster innovation and efficiency across all business units. It aims to streamline processes, integrate advanced technological solutions, and enhance collaboration among the diverse teams. This program leverages Edenred's global technological assets to drive growth and improve service delivery, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of the payments and services industry.
The Summit program was launched to build a new end-to-end mobility platform, which includes amongst others front-ends for all users, order processing services, pricing and transaction engine and billing/ invoicing system, and an integration hub. The program aims to ensure business continuity, accelerate the quality, speed, and value of the product/tech organization, and address market and business transformation challenges. Specifically, the program will impact all EMEA Mobility Opcos, business models, segments, and users.
Edenred Mobility offers large businesses all the services they need to power the mobility of their employees in a reliable, sustainable, and 360 digital platform. This includes end-to-end services for the electrification of fleets, fueling/charging vehicles at optimal conditions, and providing an intuitive dashboard to optimize fleet operations and costs.

Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities
We are seeking 2 detail-oriented and proactive Pricing, Transaction Management and Invoicing Specialists. Knowing that the scope of this role is large we are prepared to split it into 2 destinct roles depending on applications received.
The role has 2 main areas:
Business Operations
The role is crucial in ensuring responsible transaction management and accurate invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing business operations, verifying transaction processing and planning invoice runs. It also includes implementing and changing product and pricing configuration.
- Transaction Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of transaction processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Invoicing: Prepare, issue, and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients and stakeholders.
- Verification: Conduct regular checks to verify the correctness of transaction processing and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Invoice Planning: Plan and execute invoice runs, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and processed in a timely manner.
- Business Monitoring: Monitor business operations and transaction flows to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support product and pricing configuration: configure new products and pricing schemes in the system.
Business Analysis
Based on the operational knowledge the role also includes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. You gather and analyze data, create detailed functional and non-functional business requirements, and collaborate with process experts and software solution providers to enhance our systems and processes throughout EMEA.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with process experts, EMEA experts, and software solution providers to identify areas for improvement in transaction management, invoicing, and pricing management processes.
- System Enhancement: Work closely with IT and software solution providers to implement system upgrades and enhancements that improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Testing: Follow the implementation of requirements in software-solutions, test deliveries and support deployment by training and support hypercare.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to transaction processing, invoicing, product pricing, and business performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on transaction management, invoicing processes, and product and pricing configurations.
Required skills & profile:
- You have a first experience as a Business Analyst (2+ years) and/or business operator in the area of price, transaction and/ or invoice management preferably in a high volume environment
- You optionally have experience in e-invoicing
- You have a high technical affinity and analytical skills
- You have an analytical mindset
- You have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders from different geographies and management levels
- You have delivered initiatives that required problem-solving skills, project, and stakeholder management
- You are proactive, rigorous, and have a strong attention to detail
- You can communicate clearly and make complex ideas understandable
- You optionally have German language skill
- You have a strong interest in developing your knowledge and technical skills around customer experience management toolsGood written and verbal communication skills in English
