Senior Front Office Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Front Office Business Analyst (FO BA) with strong expertise in Metals trading. This role requires leadership in overseeing the full lifecycle of physically settled metals trading, supporting business analysis, stakeholder communication, testing, and change management. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across global teams.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in metals trading (precious and base), with emphasis on physically settled trades
• Work closely with traders and stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Analyze, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate technical implementation
• Conduct impact assessments across upstream/downstream systems
• Participate in and support UAT and other test activities
• Drive change management initiatives and manage change requests
• Provide detailed data analysis to support decision-making and optimize trading strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, business-aligned solutions

• Proven experience in front office metals trading, ideally with a focus on physically settled contracts
• Background working with Openlink Endur is a strong asset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with trading desks, developers, and support teams
• In-depth knowledge of commodities, capital markets, and financial instruments
• Ability to gather, articulate, and document complex business requirements
• Hands-on experience in testing, QA, and user acceptance coordination
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with change control processes
• Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality deliverables

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs in capital markets
• Background in commodities risk or portfolio management systems
