As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing business performance, identifying opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and finance teams to provide insights that shape our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.

• Business Strategy: Support leadership in making data-driven decisions by creating dashboards, reports, and presentations.

• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose data-backed improvements.

• Market & Competitive Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and finance teams to drive growth initiatives and process automation.

• KPI Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business health and success.

• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or consulting in a high-growth environment.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Experience working with product, engineering, and finance teams in a tech-driven environment.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.

• Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a bonus.
