Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in customer segmentation and audience building, to join our team. In this role, you will work on the planning and delivery of CDP implementations, collaborating closely with data engineers and business analysts in Data Activation team, as part of Global Digital Marketing. You will report to the Director of Data Activation & Segmentation, contributing to the enhancement of our digital marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering - Work closely with business collaborators to grasp their needs, and then establish and document business goals, performance indicators, and measurement criteria for CDP use-cases.
  • Requirements Data Mapping - Work closely with data architect, data analysts, and business team members to create data mapping (requirement) documentation based on business use-cases.
  • Segment Building and Validation - Apply the CDP to build customer segments based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data for business campaigns and personalization needs.
  • Measurement and Insights - Evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives implemented via CDP by analyzing relevant metrics and data, providing insights for optimization.
  • Continuous Improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and standard methodologies related to customer data management and analytics.
  • User Training and Support - Assist end-users in understanding CDP capabilities, data access, and utilization, offering training and support as needed
  • Collaboration - Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, marketing teams, and IT to ensure the successful integration of CDP insights into business processes

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, with a preference for exposure to customer data analysis and management (Data Management Platform, Audience Manager, and/or CDP).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, productivity and visualization tools (Power BI) to create compelling reports.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer data management principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
  • Diligent approach and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and standard methodologies is advantageous.
