This Business Analyst role develops and implements IT business solutions and processes for the Corporate Services organization (including the Facilities, Physical Security, & Space Planning teams) including system development, establishing policies, and promoting systems adoption in collaboration with stakeholders.
How you will make an impact:
- Assess business needs and solutions of assigned functional area; recommend improvements and streamline processes
- Develop functional business requirements and articulate system functionality and features. Translate the needs of business into functional requirements
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot business systems, interfaces, and configuration including testing and researching data integrity/accuracy
- Identify metrics and reports needed to measure process effectiveness and efficiencies
- Collaborate with team members to develop training materials and materials for managing Organizational Change, streamlining transition and improving adoption.
- Test and validate processes and systems to ensure adherence to functional requirements
- Document technical designs, process flows, business and functional requirements, use cases, test scripts/results and software validation documents
- Collaborate with team members on process mapping and requirement gathering sessions
- Train users on new processes, workflows, and/or systems
- Lead small projects and enhancements
What you will need (required):
Bachelor's Degree in related field and 3 years of related experience
What else we look for (preferred):
- Moderate working knowledge of enterprise information systems for Space Planning, Security, Facilities work order management such as TIBCO, MRI Centerstone, Service Now, CCURE 9000, Genetec and Building Mechanical Systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including related CRM tools and platforms; SharePoint experience
- Data analytics experience
- Experience working in complex, matrixed and global business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Moderate understanding and knowledge of requirement solicitation and consulting practices, process mapping, project management principles, and software development lifecycle
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
- Resourceful with problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $66,000 to $94,000 (highly experienced).
