What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the business needs and strategy of each project
• Analyze business requirements, draw diagrams and propose optimal solutions for business projects to achieve business goals
• Use IT industry terms to analyze project requirements
• Collaborate with not only the IT department but also the business department to build business flow, data structures, functional diagrams and ensure the quality of project output meets initial specifications
• Responsible for reporting work to management (Leader, PO)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst/Product Analyst/Systems Analyst/Project Leader/Project Manager positions
• Understanding the business needs and strategy of each project and proposing development plans for each stage
• Understanding of common document types such as BRD (Business requirement document), SRS (Software/System requirement document specifications), FRS (Functional requirement document specifications)
• Understanding of common diagrams such as Product roadmap, Organizational charts, knowledge of business operations
• Proactive mind for the unclear situation / can work other department member directly
• Must: Native/fluent JP speak/read/write (no need to have a certification but equivalent to N2 level) 
• Must: Proficiency in English Speaking, technical language, good presentation and document writing skills
• Prefer: 1~3 years’ as BA/BrSE/Comtor in any of Finance & Accounting, Business Operation, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, Purchasing, Customer Service, HR of Retails (FMCG, QSR, supermarkets, chain stores, online merchants, …) and Manufacturing (automobiles, furniture, equipment,…) industry.
• Prefer: experience in Agile/Scrum model, Azure DevOps
• Prefer: experiences living/working in Japan
