We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our BI team. In this role, you’ll drive decision-making processes by collaborating with teams across the company, leveraging data, creating monitoring tools, and translating actionable insights into strategies. We seek a team player with excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to turn data into stories that influence business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Insights: Convert complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations using data storytelling, visualization, and impactful presentations
- Lead Key Analyses: Drive in-depth analyses on critical KPIs like conversion, churn, customer value, and business performance
- Reports and Dashboards:: Build tracking tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance business visibility and identify growth opportunities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to track initiatives and drive business improvements
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Present key insights to senior leadership to drive company-wide strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in BI tools (Looker - advantage, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dynamic models)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience turning complex concepts into actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of business analysis and data infrastructure
- Curious, with a strategic mindset and a passion for deriving insights from data
- Experience managing multiple projects in a results-driven environment
- Business-level fluency in both English and Hebrew
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field
