The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for:
- Analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- They collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and the successful delivery of projects and solutions.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with UML and BPMN.
- Knowledge of SOA and web services is a plus.
- Experience in business processing re-engineering and business process improvement
- Fluent in both English & Arabic
- IIBA (ECBA) certification is desirable
- Analytical skills, Documentation skills (Arabic + English), Communication skills
