As a Business Analyst/Configuration Administrator, you will play a crucial role in deploying and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored for our customer service operations. This position involves close collaboration with both local and central business and IT teams to propose solutions, configure, and optimize our Dynamics 365 environment to enhance business operations. You must be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple requests from a diverse user base, and have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365’s technical and functional capabilities. Strong business intelligence skills are also required to effectively support and drive business needs.
Main Responsibilities:

Technical Solution Planning: Develop and present strategic plans and technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Level 2 Support: Provide advanced support to resolve complex issues in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring system reliability.

Configuration Management: Set up and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 settings based on functional needs.

User and Access Management: Oversee user management and access rights to maintain security.

Training and Documentation: Create training materials and documentation; conduct training sessions on new features.

Community Engagement: Engage with the local key user community for ongoing learning.

User Feedback: Monitor and address user satisfaction to enhance the user experience.

General Support: Provide ongoing support and maintain a FAQ knowledge base for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Local Support Assistance: Assist local users with specific configuration challenges.

Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain documentation for first-level support.

Collaboration: Work with developers, integrators, and business partners on system enhancements.
Qualifications & skills:

Minimum 2 years’ experience MS Dynamics tool configuration

Fluent business English (written and spoken)

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and strategic implications with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Customer Focus: Strong dedication to meeting the needs of users, enhancing their interaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Communication and Influence: Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively advocate for system improvements and influence stakeholders.
