We are looking for a talented business analyst to support day-to-day activities of the North America Marketing team for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, part of Ameriprise Financial. This includes maintaining a centralized database of collateral, assisting with content management and sales enablement systems, and posting materials and updating metadata to various platforms. The role also involves providing operational support for quarterly and monthly production cycles, attending relevant meetings, and developing recommendations for improvement.
Job Responsibilities

Provides regular reporting and/or analysis in support of presentation and commentary production as needed.

Maintain database of teams' collateral for centralized content management and tracking

Provides front and back-end assistance in the maintenance of our content management and/or sales enablement system(s).

Posts materials and updates metadata to the appropriate channels/media/tech platforms.

Provides operational support for quarterly/monthly production of commentary and presentation materials.

Attends and participates in relevant presentation and commentary production status meetings and check-ins.

Develops and monitors effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement.
Job Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering or any related fields and/or MBA (Finance/Marketing).

1 - 3 years of relevant experience in finance (Asset management experience preferred).

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of sales enablement platforms and/or CRM software.

Excellent organizational and project management skills to track and manage multiple marketing pieces with various process steps and deadlines.

Highly motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Experience working with and managing content within SharePoint.
