A Technical Business Analyst with seven plus years of experience who acts as the liaison between the Product and Technical/Engineering teams — translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, and ensuring smooth handoff to development and QA. Should have worked in a project that involves AI for development and testing. Hand-on AI experience is preferred. Should be very proficient with Agile, Scrum and SDLC methodologies. Excellent communication is a must and should have experience in facilitating meeitngs with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements related to Ford Bill (Unified Blilling) domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with overall business strategy.
- Work closely with the Product owner to understand the requirements and create JIRA User stories
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, and testing phases of the software development life cycle.
- Develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.
- Facilitate discussions with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and ensure that solutions are feasible.
- Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
- Experience in using AI for breaking down the PRDs into user stories, creating JIRA user stories, etc
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of SAAS platforms and experience working with cloud-based software solutions.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
