About the role:

The HR Integration tribe offers an integration platform connecting internal and external partners in the area of HR with a focus on Core HR, Payroll input and Workforce management. As a business analyst in the HR Integration tribe, you are the link between the development teams and the different stakeholders of the SD Connect Integration Platform, supporting & guiding internal and external partners who want to make use of our integration Platform. You also provide functional support to the different squads of the tribe.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Onboarding of new partners on the SD Connect integration Platform

    • Lead workshops with partners and define data mappings together with them

    • Support of the partners throughout the different stages of the onboarding project. eg hand over of Data mapping to other involved parties, support on defining & executing integrated product test cycles, support operational readiness track, …

  • Continuous support of SD Connect Enabled partners

    • Organize & lead monthly follow up with onboarded partners to ensure issues are identified & followed up.

    • Manage change request related to data mappings on partner level

    • Facilitate & encourage partners to maintain documentation for their different stakeholders

    • Report on the quality of the integration through monthly and quarterly assessments

  • Functional support within the tribe

    • Functional Support of the development teams

    • Participate in and/or lead improvement projects related to the SD Connect platform

    • Assist in the release process for new features

  • Manage documentation for the tribe

    • Define requirements for the different stakeholders and types of documentation

    • Monitor maintenance of documentation

What do you have to offer?

- A university degree (Master or bachelor) or equivalent through experience.

- 5 years + experience in system integration projects as a functional analyst or implementation consultants in the domain of HR

- Knowledge of Payroll processes and/or experience with Core HR systems (Workday, Successfactors, … ) is a plus

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills with a focus on the long term within and beyond existing solutions

- Ability to work & communicate with operations, implementation & development teams in an international context

- Capture business & functional requirements and assess the impact on technical implementation

- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s or master’s university degree, or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of experience in HR system integration projects as a functional analyst or implementation consultant
  • Knowledge of payroll processes or experience with Core HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with operations, implementation, and development teams internationally
  • Experience capturing business and functional requirements and assessing technical implementation impact
  • Good spoken and written English
