Job Description Summary
The Business Analyst, Advisory Services is the entry point into ARKANCE's advisory practice and the analytical engine beneath its engagements. This role does the hands-on work that advisory engagements are built on: gathering and organizing information, scoring maturity assessments, capturing current-state detail, supporting the business case, and producing the clean, well-structured deliverables clients expect.
Working under the direction of consultants and the Senior Consultant, the Business Analyst spends the majority of their time on client project work. They sit in discovery interviews and capture what is said, turn raw inputs into structured findings, build the analysis behind the recommendations, and keep the engagement's evidence organized and traceable. It is a role designed to build advisory capability from the ground up, with a clear path to grow into a consultant as skills and client exposure develop.
The Business Analyst also supports the practice itself, contributing to the reusable templates, benchmarks, and assets that make each engagement faster and more consistent than the last.
