At CKCODECONNECT, we’re looking for a creative and versatile professional who enjoys working at the crossroads of branding, digital marketing, and talent operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants variety in their day-to-day work, real ownership over projects, and exposure to both internal initiatives and client collaborations.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining websites, and assisting the recruitment team with talent-related operations — all while contributing to meaningful client projects.
What You’ll do:
Brand, Design & Marketing
Design and maintain consistent brand visuals across websites, social media, campaigns, and internal materials.
Create engaging visual and multimedia content for digital platforms.
Plan and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Support organic and paid digital marketing campaigns, and help monitor their performance and results.
Contribute creative ideas to improve engagement, visibility, and employer branding.
Website & Digital Presence
Manage and update CKCODECONNECT’s website and clients’ websites using WordPress.
Support content updates, landing pages, and basic SEO improvements to enhance online visibility.
Talent Support & Recruitment Operations
Support the recruitment team with job postings, sourcing, and candidate tracking.
Assist in maintaining candidate pipelines, records, and recruitment databases.
Learn and contribute to the end-to-end hiring process, gaining insight into recruitment operations.
Conduct basic market and talent research to support hiring and client needs.
Client & Operational Support
Assist in client projects related to design, marketing, and communication.
Support digital campaigns, virtual events, and internal initiatives.
Occasionally travel to the capital for company administrative tasks and official paperwork.
What We’re Looking For
A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in graphic design and digital marketing (professional or freelance).
Strong design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
Working knowledge of social media marketing and digital content strategies.
Familiarity with WordPress; experience with other website builders is a plus.
Interest in recruitment, talent operations, and candidate experience.
Comfortable using collaborative tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Clear communication skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
