Business Analyst

You bridge client business teams and the Centrax delivery team, and you hold the account on requirements. Because Innovation Matters. THE ROLE To translate client business problems into clear, testable requirements that the delivery team can build against. You are accountable for the quality of the requirements artefacts and for the alignment between client expectation and what the team delivers. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Run requirements elicitation workshops with client stakeholders and document the outputs. - Map current-state and future-state business processes in BPMN or equivalent notation. - Produce user stories with acceptance criteria, ready for the delivery team, and refine them as the engagement progresses. - Maintain the requirements traceability matrix, linking requirements to design, build, and test artefacts. - Write and run user acceptance test scripts and coordinate UAT cycles with client users. - Facilitate and document decisions on scope, prioritisation, and change. - Support change management activities: communication plans, training material, and adoption tracking. - Push back constructively where scope or expectation creeps. - Contribute requirement templates, BPMN libraries, and persona patterns to the practice libraries, and mentor junior analysts. WHAT YOU NEED - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst on technology projects. - Experience running requirements workshops with client stakeholders at various levels of seniority. - BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, IIBA CCBA or CBAP, or equivalent certification preferred. BPMN, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage. - Working knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and of Lean or Six Sigma process improvement fundamentals. - Experience on Zoho, Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, or equivalent enterprise platforms is an advantage. - Experience supporting AI or data engagements is an advantage. Financial services, public sector, or large enterprise experience is an advantage. WHERE THE BOUNDARIES SIT Solution design authority sits with the Solution Architect. Delivery governance sits with the Project Manager. HOW THIS ROLE EVOLVES Progression runs through Senior Business Analyst to cross-engagement leadership, with eligibility for Product Manager, Engagement Lead, or Practice Lead. WORKING ARRANGEMENTS Standard working hours of 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working in line with company policy, with a heavier on-site weighting during requirements and UAT phases. Travel to client sites is part of the role. Standard 21 days annual leave and BCEA leave entitlements apply. REMUNERATION Market related, commensurate with experience.
