Skills Required
- 8–15 years of professional experience
- Retail domain experience in at least one area: Customer and Loyalty, Marketing and Promotions, Finance and Billing, Supply Chain and Inventory, or Store Operations/POS
- Expertise in requirements lifecycle and solution design
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and system interactions
- Understanding of data and process modeling and nonfunctional requirements
- Ability to work in complex, large-scale environments
