Primary Responsibilities:
- Business Analytics & Insights
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
- Develop meaningful business insights and recommendations to support leadership decisions
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and business outcomes through dashboards and reporting
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business questions and support strategic initiatives
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, finance, and functional partners to understand reporting and analytical requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven recommendations and business insights
- Present findings to senior management and facilitate discussions on improvement opportunities
- Performance Management
- Track operational and financial performance against targets
- Identify gaps and drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and cost efficiency
- Support governance reviews and periodic business performance discussions
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and reporting optimization
- Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and PowerPoint to improve efficiency
- Standardize reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Business Segment Liaison (BSL) Support
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and resource moves by coordinating required technology, access, equipment, and operational readiness activities
- Submit and track ServiceNow, AppStore, Secure, hardware, software, voice services, and related business requests accurately and within expected timelines
- Partner with managers, IT, operations, facilities, and business stakeholders to ensure new hires and existing team members have the tools and access needed to perform their roles effectively
- Manage asset coordination, including hardware ordering, equipment recovery, returns, and adherence to IT asset management and procurement policies
- Monitor request status, escalate delays or risks, and communicate updates proactively to stakeholders to minimize productivity impact
- Maintain BSL process documentation, dashboards, readiness trackers, SOPs, and job aids to support consistent execution and operational transparency
- Stay current on BSL training, process changes, security guidelines, and enterprise support resources to ensure compliant and effective support delivery
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau and data visualization
- Expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas)
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights
- Proven excellent presentation and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in business consulting, or operations management
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
