We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office and help turn strategy into practical, high-impact change. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, uncover opportunities and shape clear requirements, processes and solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and our business.
In this role, you’ll be at the centre of turning ideas into practical, deliverable solutions. Partnering with SMEs, Product Owners, Project Managers, technology teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll clarify business needs and shape future-state processes that support confident decision-making and successful delivery.
You’ll bring structure, curiosity and clear thinking to complex problems, using your analysis skills, commercial awareness and systems mindset to support quality outcomes across transformation, integration and platform initiatives.

Let’s talk about you

  • Strong business analysis experience, including experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex integration or platform programs within telco, including NBN environments.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methods, tools and frameworks, including BABOK and Agile BA practices.
  • Experience with telco operations, BSS/OSS capabilities, process value streams and systems involved in delivering business outcomes.
  • Strong process and systems modelling skills, including BPMN 2.0, UML, context diagrams and data-flow diagrams.
  • Understanding of integration and orchestration concepts such as microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging, workflow engines and CI/CD practices.
  • Ability to define and manage non-functional requirements across performance, scalability, reliability, security, observability and supportability.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder influencing skills across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge the status quo.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Facilitate discovery to elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business outcomes into end-to-end process models, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Produce clear BA artefacts such as BPMN models, use cases, context diagrams, data-flow diagrams and requirements packs.
  • Partner with project, product, architecture, engineering and delivery teams to ensure requirements are structured for effective solutioning.
  • Maintain quality and traceability across requirements, design, testing and release.
  • Champion BA standards, frameworks, tools and ways of working across the BA practice.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and confidently navigate complex conversations.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities early, ensuring they are understood, owned and managed.
  • Support change, training and testing activities to enable successful adoption of solutions.
