Business Analyst - Kitchen Management System Project

Brisbane, QLD | 2-Year Fixed Term Contract


Position Overview

Civeo is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Kitchen Management System (KMS) Project on a 2-year fixed term contract based in our Brisbane Corporate CBD office.

This role will support a major operational transformation program focused on modernising and standardising catering operations across the business. Working closely with operational stakeholders, project teams and technology partners, you will analyse business processes, gather requirements, support system implementation activities and help drive successful business outcomes.

As the KMS program progresses from pilot delivery into broader rollout, you will contribute to process improvement, stakeholder engagement, change management and the development of scalable ways of working that support operational excellence, compliance and continuous improvement across Civeo's catering operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of the Kitchen Management System across operational sites.
  • Assist with implementation planning, testing, deployment and post-go-live support activities.
  • Contribute to pilot reviews and lessons learned exercises to support future deployments.
  • Support data validation, system testing and issue resolution activities.
  • Support solution design activities and ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in system configuration and delivery.
  • Develop strong working relationships across operational, project and technical teams.
  • Support user adoption through training, communication and change management initiatives.
  • Act as a key liaison between business users and technology partners.
  • Support governance and reporting activities throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, system implementation or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Collaborative, outcome-focused and proactive approach.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst supporting business systems, technology implementations or transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Experience supporting system implementation, testing and change management activities.
  • Exposure to hospitality, catering, food services, operations or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in multi-site operational environments is advantageous.

Skills Required

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Computer Science or related discipline
