We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Are you an IT business-oriented person? Would you like to take on challenges and work independently with business stakeholders analyzing and clarifying real business needs, requirements and business goals?

Responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating business processes, eliciting requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
- Defining business requirements and reporting their status back to stakeholders
- Conducting meetings and presentations
- Documenting and communicating the results of your work
- Serving as a liaison between business and IT
- Ensuring IT solutions meet business needs and requirements
Requirements:
- A higher education degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably in the financial industry
- Proven track record of working with complex systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results
- Strong adaptability and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Business Analysis Certification would be a significant advantage
