Position: Business Analyst Support Manager
Department: Uniops; Data Foundation
Location: Unilever Thailand HQ, Bangkok, Thailand
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:
DMS Platform Stream (60%)
- Governance & Support Operations: Establish and manage L1 and L2+ support frameworks, ensuring incident resolution, vulnerability management, and production governance across distributor management systems
- Deployment & Change Management: Lead gap analysis, pilot implementations, and UAT planning for DMS change request/rollout; build stakeholder trust and drive user adoption through market immersion and change management initiatives
- Production Governance: Act as approver for production hotfixes and change requests; lead incident review cadences and risk/remedy discussions to ensure platform stability
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Design resolution approaches with cross-functional teams (Market, IT); manage vendor relationships and performance benchmarking for scalability
- DMS Operations Expertise: Understand distributor trade operations and order-to-cash flows to translate business requirements into platform solutions; conduct design forums and workshop facilitation
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own end-to-end product lifecycle for DMS solutions from requirements through deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement
Local Product Stream (40%)
- Azure Platform Architecture: Manage Azure data platforms (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake) supporting local analytics applications; ensure platform stability and incident management
- Analytics Product Lifecycle: Own product management for local analytics platforms including requirements gathering, development prioritization, and platform optimization
- Technical Stakeholder Management: Bridge technical and business teams to deliver analytics solutions; translate business needs into technical requirements
- Platform Stability: Manage incident resolution, platform performance, and continuous optimization for local analytics solutions
What You Will Need To Succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong understanding of the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process within Customer Development (CD) or sales technology environments
• Solid grasp of modern technologies, including data science, artificial intelligence, and automation tools
