We are looking for a Business Analyst Supply Chain to join our European Group Controlling Team. In this role, you will provide high-impact analytical support to the European Supply Chain organization, helping to drive cost optimization, performance transparency, and informed decision-making across logistics and distribution operations.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Deliver analytical and reporting support to the European Supply Chain organization.
  • Prepare and summarize supply chain reports and KPIs using data from performance dashboards, category spend, and supply markets.
  • Track monthly, quarterly, and yearly freight profit and cost reduction initiatives, participating in all reporting cycles (quarterly commitment reviews and annual operations profit reviews).
  • Support Supply Chain Management with variance analysis against targets and prepare clear explanations and presentations for senior management
  • Own the annual Freight & Logistics budget preparation in collaboration with Logistics, Finance, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Provide financial support for Distribution Centers, including planning and standard cost calculations.
  • Actively contributes to the improvement of reporting and planning processes, as well as analytical tools.
  • Manage and maintain analytical tools, databases, and reporting processes for the Supply Chain department.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools).
  • Experience working cross-functionally in an international organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Distinctive analytical, pragmatic and result oriented competencies.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Oracle Hyperion knowledge.
  • Flexible attitude, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, able to identify and handle priorities.
