P3 is an independent and international technical consulting company with a strong presence in Romania. P3 was founded in 1996 as a spin-of from the Fraunhofer Institute and focuses on co-developing innovative solutions in various domains as automotive, energy and e-mobility.
P3 digital services is the division focused on architecting, developing and testing intelligent IT solutions for specific business requirements of international clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
· Good knowledge with automation software testing (API, Mobile, Automotive)
· Ideally ISTQB Certification
· Understanding of software development process
· Interest in AGILE development methods (SCRUM)
· Eager to research and learn new technologies and methodologies and participate in knowledge sharing sessions with fellow team members
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· Solution-oriented and proactive work attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Performing manual and automated testing
· Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
· Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
· Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
· Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
· Understanding and clarification of project requirements and specification
· Reporting defects in appropriate format with necessary details for reproducing
· Work closely with developers on problem detecting/solving
· Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
· Review debugging process results
· Assures quality delivery
