We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.
If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.
Let’s build what’s next, together.
Why is this role important at Infobip?
To keep Infobip's telco business growing and performing at the highest level, we need analysts who don't just read the data, they drive the decisions. As a Business Analyst, you sit at the intersection of strategy, commercial performance, and data, with direct influence on how we price, position, and grow across global markets.
You'll work at the core of Infobip's commercial and operational engine, with clear ownership over your area and regular exposure to high-stakes topics: deal profitability, pricing approvals, quality monitoring, and strategic project work. You bring more than analysis—you bring judgment.
In practice, you'll run regular market and performance analysis, monitor client and supplier activity for risks and opportunities, support pricing and deal decisions with data, and contribute to strategic projects with your own insights and recommendations. You'll also be expected to spot where our processes can be smarter and do something about it.
You'll thrive here if you enjoy working autonomously on complex problems, take ownership of the quality and accuracy of your outputs, and know how to turn data into a clear recommendation that someone can act on.
What you’ll do:
Pricing & Profitability: Work on pricing strategies, deal analysis, and business models grounded in data—running risk and scenario analyses, building ROI models, and monitoring P&L across products, markets, and regions to drive better commercial outcomes.
Market & Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze your designated scope—regional developments, geopolitical factors, competitor movements, and client and supplier performance—tracking revenue, churn, and quality of service to surface risks and opportunities before they become problems.
Advanced Analytics & BI: Use internal tools to extract and synthesize insights, maintain the accuracy and accessibility of BI data and reporting, and contribute to building analytical models—ranging from structured dashboards to forecasting and automation.
Strategic Projects: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations, drawing on market behavior, competitor analysis, and business performance data to inform decisions and shape direction.
Process Optimization: Identify where internal processes and tools can be smarter or more efficient—and act on it, whether by implementing changes directly or driving them through the right channels.
Stakeholder Engagement: Keep communication with internal and external stakeholders clear and proactive—sharing insights, aligning on priorities, and ensuring the analytical work done by BA is visible and connected to business decisions.
