The BUSINESS ANALYST - SEA will need to work closely with regional leader, to identify and utilize the EXM tool, to drive growth programs.Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with marketing and commercial associates to identify, accelerate success of strategic growth initiatives.
- Identify & define projects aligned with business strategy: work with businesses and functional leaders to translate their respective goals into clearly defined projects with quantifiable results.
- Closely work with the commercial, marketing, functions to understand and identify the process gaps for commercial growth needs; and utilize regional resources to close the gap and support growth;
- Partner with channel management, help training key growth distributors in the areas where required cross BU;
- Seek opportunities for BD pipeline as one of the potential outcomes of growth programs
- Help Regional leader with gathering trend data and market data in SEA. Also support in building comprehensive info / data for regional reviews and meetings.
The following are required for the role
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing or commercial process.
• Working knowledge on developing new market growth and/or commercializing new products
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead through influence
• Strong written and oral English communication skills Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
• BA in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• MBA in Marketing preferred BS in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science or related field preferred
• Chemical industry experience with a background in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science, or materials engineering
• Experience in facilitation
• Experience coaching/mentoring
• Experience working within a complex global company
