WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- The full onboarding journey - from signed contract to a customer who is fully operational on the platform and getting real value from it
- Workflow mapping - you get deep into how a lab actually operates, document it with precision, and make it actionable for the product team
- Gap analysis - you identify what the standard product doesn't cover, articulate the business case, and define what needs to be built
- Requirements writing - you take what a customer says in plain language and produce a spec that an engineer can build from without a meeting to clarify it
- Custom development ownership - scope, delivery, timelines, customer sign-off. You hold it together from start to finish
- Retention signal - you are the first person to know when a customer is at risk. You act on it before it hits a report
WHAT YOU'LL GET

WHAT WE NEED
- 3–5 years in solutions consulting, business analysis, customer success, or implementation - SaaS or enterprise software strongly preferred
- A track record of running customer onboarding end to end - not handing off to support, but owning the result
- Requirements writing that needs no translation - a developer reads your spec and builds without a clarification call
- Gap analysis instinct - you can identify what's missing before the customer can articulate it
- Project management discipline - custom builds have deadlines and you hold them
- Communication that is clear, fast, and written - we are distributed and async writing is a core skill, not a soft one
- Agile or Scrum familiarity is a plus - you'll work alongside squads that run this way
