THE BIG PICTURE
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, detail-driven Business Analyst with a knack for Product Control to jump into our Product Control Transformation adventure.
In this role, you’ll dive deep into understanding business needs, champion the rollout of strategic solutions, and make sure everything aligns perfectly with our Business Transformation Framework (BTF).
Your impact? Helping to sharpen P&L oversight, elevate financial reporting, and boost regulatory compliance — turning complex challenges into clear wins for our Product Control team.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE MAGIC HAPPEN
- Become the go-to expert on Product Control workflows — analyzing, mapping, and refining processes to ensure we capture every detail accurately.
- Partner closely with finance, trading desks, and risk managers to understand their challenges and turn them into actionable solutions.
- Craft insightful reports and clear analyses that illuminate the financial story behind our products and help steer business strategy.
- Lead initiatives to identify risks, resolve discrepancies, and continuously improve our control environment.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring all teams deliver consistent, timely, and quality financial information.
- Maintain and update vital process documentation and control frameworks, keeping the team aligned and compliant.
- Stay on top of regulatory shifts that impact Product Control, guiding the business through changes with confidence.
WHAT MAKES YOU AWESOME
- A curious and detail-driven professional with at least 6 years’ experience in business analysis or financial control.
- Well-versed in the world of Product Control — you understand valuation, risk allocation, and P&L intricacies like the back of your hand.
- A confident communicator who thrives on collaboration and can translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- A problem-solver who enjoys diving into data and spotting trends or issues others might miss.
- Proficient with tools like Excel and PowerPoint, with a knack for making data tell a story.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in financial markets or have a background in economics, finance, or related studies.
