Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and alignment sessions.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner using Jira or similar tools.
- Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and dependency mapping.
- Support solution design and business process modelling.
- Support SIT/UAT, acceptance criteria validation, defect management, and release activities.
- Maintain requirements traceability from requirements → build → testing → release.
- Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and Go/No-Go decisions.
- Collaborate effectively across business, technical, and delivery teams.
