Responsible for overall accountability on business deliverables and and ensuring delivery on time to meet organisational and departmental goals.
- Lead business requirement discussions with business stakeholders and relevant departments to understand business needs and translate them into clear backlog items, requirements, and supporting documentation.
- Gather, analyse, document, and maintain business requirements, backlog details, business impact, and volumes.
- Coordinate requirements gathering sessions, scope discussions, and stakeholder feedback to ensure readiness for the squad.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for regional backlog inclusion, monthly business updates, and governance/risk registers.
- Support UAT activities by drafting test cases, preparing UAT plans, coordinating walkthroughs, ensuring test/data readiness, documenting outcomes, and tracking defects.
- Support production and incident-related activities by preparing updates, tracking progress, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining logs and documentation.
- Assist with governance, risk, audit, compliance, and reporting-related documentation and coordination.
- Conduct training/support documentation activities such as user guides and communication materials where required.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
- 5–8 years of relevant business analysis experience.
- Experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience supporting UAT planning, test case drafting, defect tracking, and sign-off coordination.
- Experience in business process documentation, governance support, and operational coordination.
- Experience in financial services or insurance would be an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business or any discipline.
- Business Analysis related certification such as PMI-Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Will be an added advantage.
